QUALITY POLICY
IDL Chemicals Pty Ltd formulates and manufactures a range of quality industrial cleaning chemicals and laundryproducts.
The technology involves batch blending of liquid and powder products and packaging in sizes from 5 litres (Kg) to 1000 litres (Kg). Specialty cleaning products developed and manufactured range from disinfectants, detergents and degreasers to a complete range of industrial and institutional laundry products.
The quality, consistency and performance of our products are paramount to the continued success of IDL Chemicals. Products must be developed and manufactured to meet market demands and provide a high degree of customer satisfaction in a technically competitive field.

To formalise and promote our commitment to quality, we have developed and implemented a quality system complying with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9002: Quality systems - model for quality assurance in production, installation and servicing. It is our policy to continually monitor and review our quality system in operation, so that we can ensure the ongoing compliance with the Standard and at the same time ensure compliance of the products we manufacture with relevant Australian Standards.
Responsibility for conformance to the quality system does not rest solely with the Quality Assurance/Technical Manager but is the responsibility of every employee of IDL Chemicals.
By continually integrating the principles of the Standard into all aspects of our work we will enhance our reputation as a quality supplier meeting the expectations and needs of our customers, maintain a competitive advantage and provide all employees with a high degree of job satisfaction and opportunity.
